Processing Times 

Processing times vary from 2 business days to 4 weeks.

Check individual listings for specific times. 

Shipping day is each Saturday.



Shipping 

Shipping includes the following:


* Free handling & shipping

* Arrive Safe & Sound packaging 

* Ground Advantage (from Saturday) USPS with tracking 

* Signature is required upon delivery to prevent theft


* Orders are shipped each Saturday


You will have the tracking information via email to look up exactly where your package is.

I am not responsible for shipping delays from companies out of my control. 

For questions regarding your package, refer to the tracking information or call USPS

 

Return Policy

No refunds, returns or exchanges on custom orders. 

Exchanges only for greeting cards. 


If you need to return your order:

Please email me at bellaorigamico@gmail.com so I may have the opportunity to fix any issue that might arise. 


It is the responsibility of the customer to return the artwork in pristine condition within 14 days of receipt. 

You will receive a refund within 3 business days of receipt minus the shipping, handling, and packaging costs + a restocking fee.

Restocking fee is 15% of item.

If the artwork is damaged a refund will not be issued.  




Care Instructions

Do not get wet

Keep away from heat and open flames

Do not let people play with the art

Handle with care 

Display in a low traffic area and where people will take care not to disturb the art



Custom Orders

Processing time starts after I receive the answers to the questionnaire. Each piece is lovingly and individually designed around your special someone. 

Please order ahead in plenty of time if you want the art displayed at a special event such as a birthday party, retirement party, celebration of life memorial, engagement or wedding, etc.

What if I order on a Saturday? 

I will ship your order the following Saturday. It is best to order on Wednesday or Thursday.


When is the best time to order?

Anytime is great but it's best to order on a Wednesday or Thursday.

I do my absolute best to source supplies that are also made in the USA. Whenever I can, eco-friendly supplies are utilized and quality is never compromised. 

Each piece is created with the utmost care and crafted with supreme attention to detail so you can enjoy your piece for decades to come. 


What if my artwork becomes damaged from an unforeseen circumstance?  

Please take extra caution and care to display your gift in an area where it is less likely to be damaged.

Overall I've never had a client report damage with the exception of little ones playing around the artwork. 

Life happens but please be careful in your choice of display. 


If your art is damaged and it's possible to fix you may pay a service fee and I will fix it. 

You pay for shipping both ways and the service fee. 

The fee depends on the amount of time it takes to fix and the cost of supplies used. 

Ultimately you are responsible for the care and investment of your art.
